Dear members and friends of Spyder and Ryker enthusiasts,

We are pleased to announce that on June 14 and 15, 2024, in collaboration with BRP and Loiselle Sports, the 3rd edition of our “Spyder Rock & Blues Fest” will be held. This year, we are adding Friday evening to our event and we are changing site to “La Ferme Drouin” in Casselman.

Several activities are planned during this weekend. Big news for 2024, participants will be able to enjoy themselves during our “Barn Party” in the barn at the Drouin farm. Pleasure guaranteed.

Courtesy Loiselle Sports and BRP group, on Saturday you’ll have the chance to test drive, on site, the all new 2024 spyder and ryker models.

Also new this year, we are organizing a treasure hunt directly on site. Several prizes will be awarded to participants.

Saturday afternoon, we’re presenting our second “Spyder Rock & Blues Dice Run” to benefit the Montreal Cancer Institute. More than $1,500 in prizes will be awarded to winners and participants.

On Saturday to close the Rock & Blues Fest 2024, we will have the chance to have a show, under the big top, none other than Rick Hughes and, as guest artist, Lulu Hughes. They are two well-known figures in the world of showbiz.

A show not to be missed! The Spyder Rock & Blues Fest is a special event that is open to everyone.

1-Program of the weekend

Friday June 14

-From 4:00 p.m.: Arrival at Ferme Drouin for registrations.
-5:00 p.m.: Start of our “Barn Party”
-5:30 p.m.: Dinner under the barn
-6:30 p.m.: Music and dance, guest artist Pascal Fullum
-10:00 p.m.: End of the evening

Saturday June 15

-Site opening from 8:00 a.m. for registrations.

-Road tests of the 2024 Spyder and Ryker models courtesy Loiselle Sports and BRP group.
-10:00 a.m.: Treasure hunt on site.
-Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.: Dinner (pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven) courtesy of the Casselman Metro market, Marino pizza ovens and the Spyder Laurentides club. A portion of the profits from the dinner will be donated to the Montreal Cancer Institute.
-1:30 p.m.: Departure of our “Dice Run 2024”. All profits will be donated to the Montreal Cancer Institute.
-6:00 p.m.: BBQ dinner “Mechoui” -Awards—

Around 8:00 p.m., Grand closing show under the big top with Rick Hughes and guest artist Lulu Hughes.

-Around 10:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel

Sunday June 16 :

-Breakfast at the hotel

-Return home

For those who wish to sleep on site, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Casselman which is only 8 minutes from the event site. There are other places in the area that can accommodate (see list below).

Room prices vary depending on the type you choose. Breakfast is included in the price. You must mention that you are with the Spyder Laurentides club, because we have reserved all the hotel rooms available (54 rooms) for June 14 and 15.

For those who wish, you can bring your tent and camp on the “Spyder Rock & Blues Fest” site. There are large grassy areas to accommodate you.

For those who wish to participate in the Spyder Rock & Blues Fest, you have the option of going directly to the site or come to the site with the Spyder Laurentides club. Details on where the ride will start will follow later.

3-Meals

Friday evening menu at the “Barn Party” (included in the package)

-Spaghetti -Veal Parmigiana -Cesar salad -Dessert -Tea or coffee

Saturday lunch menu “Marino pizza oven” will be on site to serve us. For each meal sold, $2 will be donated to the Montreal Cancer Institute. Also, for every $10 sold on the menu, $1 will be donated.

There will be no mailing of tickets.

You will have until Friday, May 26, 2024 to cancel your registration and receive a refund.

After this date NO REFUNDS will be possible.
